There is a Myth, a Lie, a Bogus concept that has been espoused to the MLM Industry for years, and recently in a seminar, I was asked during one of the breaks practically it.
So many ideas and concepts are promoted in this industry that reach work, but on the supplementary hand, there are many that don't work, but yet they still promoted afterward fervor and fire.
One big one is The MLM Recruiting Myth.
What is the recruiting myth that has been focused on but yet has proven to not work? This one has been promoted for years, and has had a negative impact upon tens of thousands of distributors.
I am going to get some heat beyond this, but I would rather catch the heat, and say the truth, than not.

MLM Recruiting is NOT just a Numbers game, as much as a CONNECTION and CONVICTION game.
Did you acquire that?
Network marketing Recruiting NOT just a Numbers game, but a Connecting and Conviction process.
Why?
I cannot say you how many folks in Network Marketing have told me that they have worked a TON of numbers, but have nevertheless to strike Gold in this business. And I recently saw a list of calls a distributor had made. She had made over 800 calls and over 500 people talked to in a clear time period. And nevertheless the person had recruited lonesome 2 people.
2 PEOPLE!
What's Missing here? What's the problem?
Let's acknowledge a look at what she did:
1) The Numbers were there.
2) The Names were there.
3) The Phone calls where there.
4) The Effort was there.
5) The long isolate bill was there.
But why was this cute juvenile woman still struggling and not finding the Success she was seeking?
GOOD QUESTION!
The "Lack Of" Factor in MLM Recruiting.
It was due to a Lack of Connection, and Conviction in their Network publicity Recruiting in many respects.
She lacked a authenticated relationship to the MLM Industry, her company, her products, and the allowance potential that was there previously her. Her heart was understandably NOT connected to it. She was NOT working this business, but lonely irritating it, and people were FEELING that in her words, and perceived that as a negative. She was focused upon what SHE could acquire out of the call, not what the prospect could get from her call.
People today are too sharp and experienced because of the innovation of Telemarketers, to pay attention to most sales calls. And the ones they pull off pay attention to, even with friends, are the ones they connect with, and character the Conviction of the person and the willingness to back up Increase, Expand, Enlarge, and Empower their liveliness and future.
I asked this woman to tell what she said to the 500 calls and I listened. And I just shook my head. This woman was operational the numbers right, but functional the MLM prospects entirely WRONG. It was a sales pitch, and there was in fact no Conviction or link in her voice. There was forlorn a sales pitch and an "I want your money" focus.
INFERNO Secret:
You can pretense every the numbers you want, but if the prospect is not communicated to CORRECTLY gone association and Conviction, you have wasted most of the calls and your time.
Ok, here is the Million Dollar question:
How pull off you make Connection and Conviction?

Recruit them through THEIR eyes, not yours.
People associate Direct Sales companies for THEIR reasons, not yours. And if you chat to 500 people and don't say you will the grow old to see what is important to them and what they want to amend and total in their life, something is NOT going to happen:
They won't hear you. They will be listening, but they won't listen what you are saying.
Find something you can relate to as soon as them. locate something you have in common virtually the future. locate something that they want to regulate in their sparkle and action them how your company can put up to bring that regulate about. And then display a sincere Conviction in helping them obtain it afterward your company and the concern it offers.
You MUST understand that Numbers ARE important in Network Marketing. But just as in any other thing, the pretentiousness you do its stuff the numbers is just as important, if not more important. Don't be seduced past the myth that every you obsession are just numbers.
You craving the MLM link and CONVICTION to go along subsequently it. They will make your efforts 10 epoch more powerful, and your check 10 period more exciting!
