Now my motto is: Set it and forget it! (Where have
I heard that before?)

had become an overwhelming problem: how to fit
all the do its stuff I have to do, craving to do, must do, and

help determined my thinking and keeps me from getting
bogged next to or developing writer's block. And it helps
me to stay focussed (believe it or not), as my mind isn't
as prone to walk as later than I'm "at it" for hours upon end.
And I don't acquire "burnt out" upon any one situation this way.

I set the timer for various chunks of period throughout the
